2. School Registration
The person who will manage the school account completes the registration. This person can then School Owner.
Open the Registration page
From the Edum homepage, click Register,
or go directly to the /registration page.
Provide School Information
Enter your school information and the details of the account owner who will be the School Owner, then complete the Registration form.
Submit Registration
Verify the provided information, submit the Registration form, and create the account.
What Happens After Registration?
After registration, Edum guides you through account verification and subscription setup. The steps may vary depending on the verification and payment options active for your account.
Account Verification
Depending on your account configuration, Edum may require email or phone verification before you can use certain features.
Email Verification
If email verification is required, you will receive a verification email. Open the link included in the email to verify your address.

Phone Verification
If phone verification is enabled, Edum will guide you through the required phone verification process.

If you did not receive the verification email, you can request another verification email from the verification page.

Registration Success
After successfully creating your account, Edum may display a registration success page confirming that your account has been created.
Depending on the registration and payment flow, you may also see a manual success page when payment is handled offline.
3. Choosing a Plan & Paying
Once your account has been created, choose the subscription plan that best matches your school's requirements.
Stripe
Complete your subscription using a supported payment card through Stripe Checkout.

PayPal
Complete your subscription using PayPal's secure checkout process.

Manual / Offline
Complete payment outside the platform. A Super Admin then confirms the payment before activating the subscription.
Subscription payments: The same payment methods can also be used for subscription upgrades and renewals, depending on the payment options enabled for your account.
4. First-Time School Owner Checklist
Once your subscription is active, complete the following setup steps before your teachers and staff begin using Edum.

School ProfileConfirm your school's name, logo, contact information and other school details.

Academic SetupCreate the academic year, classes, sections, departments, categories, shifts and subjects.

StudentsAdd students individually or use bulk import, then enroll them in the appropriate academic structure.

Examination SetupConfigure grade systems, examinations and mark distributions before entering examination marks.

Enable ModulesOpen School Settings and enable the feature modules your school requires.
You're ready to get started
Once your school profile, academics, students and examination settings are configured, your school is ready to begin using Edum.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is still missing, use the resend verification option from the email verification page. You can also check your verification status from your profile.
Payments completed through Stripe or PayPal are processed through the respective payment gateway. Manual or offline payments must be confirmed by the platform team. You can check your current subscription status from the School Owner subscription area.

Yes. Depending on the plans available to your account, you can upgrade your subscription later. See the school owner documentation for detailed instructions about plan upgrades and subscription management.
